Terms & Conditions
Rewards Outline
- For You (the Referrer): Two resident parties, up to $500 each, sponsored by ParkM for your property.
- For Your Referred Property: One resident party, up to $500, courtesy of ParkM for their new community.
Eligibility
Referring property is eligible for a $500 sponsorship immediately after the referred property’s sign up period is complete, and a second $500 sponsorship after the referred property’s first 6 months with ParkM. Referred property is eligible for one $500 sponsorship after completing 3 months with ParkM. Referrals eligible only through form submission. Referred property must sign up within 45 days of referral form submission.
Payout
Rewards are available after both the referring and referred properties meet the program requirements respectively. Both properties are responsible for reaching out to their ParkM representative when they are ready to host their resident parties for payout. Primary property contact will be notified once they are eligible for payout.
Limits
Refer up to 5 properties per year to earn $1000 in total rewards + $500 gift for your referral for each successful rollout! Talk to your sales rep for referrals beyond 5 properties.
