ParkM Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to inquire about a refund. After 30
days the product is ineligible for a refund.
Email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information: name of
the apartment community, name on the ParkM account, date of purchase, and license plate
number. A copy of the original receipt will also be accepted. Once this information is provided,
the support team will research it to verify the erroneous charge. If approved, our team will get
back to you to confirm and a refund request will be submitted to the accounting department.
After receiving confirmation of your refund request, we will process the return. All refunds will be
processed back onto the credit card, debit card or bank account originally used for the
purchase. We are unable to process a refund onto a different credit or bank account. Please
allow 5-7 business days from the date of refund confirmation to process this return. Refunds
may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit
