Is My Permit Active?

Adding a vehicle to the system does not mean you have an active permit.

METHOD 1: Confirm by Vehicle

1. Visit ParkM.com and Choose Your Community from the dropdown

2. Login to your account.

3. Click the Home button in the main navigation to access your dashboard

4. Find your vehicle and look at the permit icon to the left. If the icon is green, you have an active permit on this vehicle, if red, you do not have an active permit on this vehicle.

5. You’re all set!

METHOD 2: Confirm by Permit

1. Visit ParkM.com and Choose Your Community from the dropdown

2. Login to your account.

3. Click the Home button in the main navigation to access your dashboard

4. Find the permit and click the (vehicle) icon. Doing so will expand the details of which vehicle belongs to this permit. If your permit list is empty or if you can’t find the vehicle, please refer to Method 1 above.

5. You’re all set!
